This morning, as every morning, Ric's prep chefs started the day from scratch. With the freshest, finest ingredients, they prepared housemade Merlot reductions, tore crisp Romaine for Caesar salads, cut and caramelized onions, hand-peeled fresh shrimp and hand-carved our Sterling Silver™ steaks. Our steakcraft embodies all our passion for food: for over a decade, we've served nothing but Sterling Silver beef, top 2% of all beef raised in Canada. It's graded for marbling, colour and texture and aged 21 days, to which we add more time and tenderness. Then we hand-carve it to strict house specifications of thickness and fat cover.
It’s all served in an open, inviting casual dining atmosphere overlooking City Park and Lake Okanagan with one of the best patios in town! Ric’s Grill is open daily for lunch and dinner and offers a special occasion room for groups of all types, with complete presentation facilities.
